About Dr. Allie Russell

Dr. Allie Russell is a nervous system–based chiropractor practicing out of Chicago Chiropractic & Sports Injury Centers in the West Loop of Chicago. She graduated from Life University- Georgia in 2022. She is passionate about helping people reach their optimal potential by restoring balance in the body and empowering them to live the healthiest, fullest version of themselves. With a gentle, personalized approach, Dr. Allie focuses on uncovering the root cause of tension and supporting her patients through every stage of life.

When she's not in the office, you’ll probably find her hanging out with her two dogs, binging the latest K-drama, or getting way too competitive in an Xbox shooter game. She's also a big fan of beauty, fashion, and Kpop! For her, wellness isn’t just about chiropractic—it’s about having fun, feeling good in your skin, and living fully.

Nervous System Focused Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is about so much more than getting out of pain. My focus is on the nervous system—the part of your body that controls everything in your body and mind. When your nervous system is stressed, it can show up as tension, pain, low energy, poor sleep, or even trouble focusing. By gently helping your nervous system reset and work the way it’s designed to, we give your whole body the chance to heal and feel better.

The benefits go beyond pain relief—my patients often tell me they feel calmer, more energized, more resilient to stress, and more connected to their bodies. It’s about creating lasting change and supporting your body’s ability to heal and adapt—not just providing short-term relief.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

Your first visit to Your Chicago Chiro, LLC is all about you! You can expect an initial consultation and a comprehensive exam. We’ll start with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals for care so I can get a full picture of how to best support you. From there, I’ll perform a detailed exam to assess your nervous system, posture, movement, and overall function. This first visit is all about gathering information—so we know exactly what your body needs before we move forward with care.
