About Dr. Allie Russell
Dr. Allie Russell is a nervous system–based chiropractor practicing out of Chicago Chiropractic & Sports Injury Centers in the West Loop. A 2022 graduate of Life University–Georgia, she’s passionate about helping people unlock their full potential by restoring balance in the body and supporting them through every stage of life. Her gentle, personalized approach focuses on finding the root cause of tension and creating lasting change—not just quick fixes.
Dr. Allie uses Diversified and Thompson adjusting styles and is trained in Webster technique for prenatal care. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or a new mom, her goal is the same: to help you move better, feel better, and live better.
What sets Dr. Allie apart is her mix of professionalism and relatability—she’s serious about chiropractic, but never takes herself too seriously. Outside the office, you’ll probably find her hanging with her two dogs, binging the latest K-drama, or getting way too competitive in an Xbox shooter. She’s also big into beauty, fashion, and K-pop. For her, wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about living fully, feeling good in your own skin, and having fun along the way.
Nervous System Focused Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is about so much more than getting out of pain. My focus is on the nervous system—the part of your body that controls everything in your body and mind. When your nervous system is stressed, it can show up as tension, pain, low energy, poor sleep, or even trouble focusing. By gently helping your nervous system reset and work the way it’s designed to, we give your whole body the chance to heal and feel better.
The benefits go beyond pain relief—my patients often tell me they feel calmer, more energized, more resilient to stress, and more connected to their bodies. It’s about creating lasting change and supporting your body’s ability to heal and adapt—not just providing short-term relief.
What to Expect During Your First Visit
Your first visit with Your Chicago Chiro is all about you! You can expect an initial consultation and a comprehensive exam. We’ll start with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals for care so I can get a full picture of how to best support you. From there, I’ll perform a detailed exam to assess your nervous system, posture, movement, and overall function. This first visit is all about gathering information—so we know exactly what your body needs before we move forward with care.
